The villa is located in the heart of Cape Coral, which means just a short car ride down updated downtown Cape Coral with popular bars and restaurants. You're also close to popular Tarpon Point Marina with all its shops, bars and restaurants and of course the beautiful marina. In the other direction you have Veterans Pkwy, for easy access to Down Town Ft Myers, Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel, and Captiva Island.

We also recommend renting a boat for the day, then you get to experience the amazing canal system, unique to Cape Coral and you're only minutes away from the Gulf of Mexico.

This villa offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a cozy TV room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and ice maker.
