Wonderful Home

Enjoyed our stay

The property was exactly what the pictures depicted. Clean home with a great pool area. We stayed here for our baseball tournament and it was perfect. Gave us a quiet place to stay and relax after being at the hot baseball fields.

Very Merry Florida Christmas

Stayed here for Christmas with our family! Beautiful location! Exactly as pictured and described! Property is as clean and well decorated! Excellent response time from owner Pool was clean and heated Had everything you would need for cooking including grill WIFI worked great Easy check in and check out Very satisfied! I Would definitely recommend this rental!

Incredible 3 weeks

Stayed at the property for 3 weeks. Had NO issue whatsoever! Communication with property manager was simple and they were very responsive. Loved the pool and house itself. Well equipped and roomy. We don’t have a complaint at all. We were a little farther from downtown than before but still no issue and tons of everything nearby. THANK YOU!

Paradise!!!

Beautiful clean home! Wonderful pool/patio area! We visited from Michigan for Spring Break '25. 4 adults 2 teens and 1 preteen. Plenty of room and sleeping arrangements. The kitchen has plenty of equipment to cook, (fresh seafood from Merrick's is a must!) The Living room has ample seating for 7. Patio/pool area was a favorite with plenty of seating and a TV. Short drives to many areas we visited Punta Gorda, Ft Myers Fishermen's Village Ft Myers Beach and many things in between. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly perfect for morning or evening strolls. Try as we might we were never able to catch any fish in the canal... Highly recommend Cindy's place she is a breeze to communicate with and the whole process is push button. Would go back in an instant!

Beautiful Sunsets!

Enjoyed our stay! The pool was heated and a great size for swimming. All of the furnishings were new. Good location. We liked it so much, we have reservations for next year!

Great place for our month long Cape Coral vacation. It was everything it was described as. Third times the charm since our prior two stays were tolerable but not on the level of Cindy's. We only wish it was available for next March😎😎😎

Beautiful home!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The pool was absolutely wonderful and we were in it the majority of our time there. The lanai had great furniture and we ate all our meals outside. It faces west so you get the evening sun is it was perfect to hang out in the shade when we were out of the pool. Loved watching the fish jump in the canal and loved hanging out on the dock too. The house is beautiful and equipped with everything you need for your stay. We had such a great time that I hope to be able to book again the next time I'm in town.

Contented, Calming and Comfortable

A top contented stay, surrounded by the calming atmosphere of this property's design and cool decor promoted by a continual view of the water.(pool and canal) Quickly and easily we were feeling very comfortable. Loved checking out the clear 2 pocket "The Cape" folder which contains many 1 sheet Titled category items to explore and experience in the area. That was a great tool we used and appreciated. Thank you. ---*Note* the public beach, 15 mins away, at Cape Coral Yacht Club is closed and looks to remain closed for quite some time. Bunche Beach, open to the public, is 30mins away. Ft. Myers Beach is also open. --Debris in the water is a major concern. As Lee County and surrounding area continues to recover/rebuild a call before you go saves time. Your suggestion to make a boat rental reservation before coming worked out great. Thank you again, Cindy, for your availability and integrity. E, from the cold, cloudy, rainy and damp North.
