✅ Waterfront + pool safety: This is a waterfront home with a private pool — please supervise children near water at all times. No lifeguard on duty.

✅ Pool heat: Water temperature can vary with weather. If you offer optional heat or seasonal heat, paste your exact policy here:



“Pool heat is optional for $20/day and must be requested 24 hours in advance.”

✅ Kayaks: Provided for guest enjoyment. Use at your own risk and follow local conditions/weather; life jackets are included.

✅ Fishing/boating: Gulf-access canals are affected by tides and seasonal conditions—plan accordingly.

✅ Streaming/Wi-Fi: High-speed internet is provided, but like anywhere in Florida, occasional outages can happen due to area service interruptions.

✅ Professional cleaning: The home is cleaned between stays—if anything is missed, tell us ASAP so we can correct it.
