Need to get own propane for bbq grill? Need to pay extra for electricity, hold on my security deposit for a stain on comforter that was there when we arrived, silverfish in pantry and in bedroom .

Beautiful home

Great location. Pool was warm. House is beautiful. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Boat ramp is 5 minutes away. Loved the boat lift: if you use it - make sure to leave it out of the water when you leave. Watch the electricity use, because they do charge if you go over. Make sure you are ready to leave at check out because they arrived right at 10 for inspection. House supplied with everything you need. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for opening up your home.

Wonderful clean home close to everything

We truly enjoyed our stay this week. The grandkids loved the pool and we loved the spacious and comfy home. Everything was clean. Only downside was floors are slippery when wet ( we managed ) and since we flew a couple beach chairs would have been handy. The price was well worth it and we’d love to stay again.

So relaxing

This neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. The home was better than the pictures showed. It was so spacious and came with everything that you could need. The pool was awesome. If you plan on fishing in the evening make sure you bring bug spray. We saw manatees and sting rays and caught a lot of fish, mostly catfish but we are not saltwater fishers so we may have been doing it wrong. We did get a couple of mangrove snappers and saw tarpon jumping. The beach is a little bit of a drive but it was a nice drive. We ate at the boat house and it was a great environment and delicious food. We all (even the 13 year old) really enjoyed it

Overall good

Overall the experience was good. The location is not great for fishing because it takes about 25 to 30 minutes to get out of the canal system thank the open water where you can get up on plane. The house is extremely clean, one of the cleanest rentals I have ever been in.

Very nice and fulfill the weekend goals

My family and I had a great time. We enjoyed the pool, the canal and the neighborhood was pleasant. The house had nice accommodations and all the extras necessary to have a great weekend.

Birthday weekend

The house is in a great location, quiet neighborhood, super clean, the pool and canal were a hit! If we were headed to Pine Island we will definitely stay here again!
