You will be glad you stayed here

I can't say enough good about this property. We flew to the Cape Coral area and all of the amenities the owner provided made our stay there worry free. We went out to eat, but we could have cooked and even made burgers on the grill in the pool area. Everything was impeccably clean and inviting. The master bedroom has a large king sized bed. The home is inviting with creative beachy décor and fun light decorations both inside and out. It is in a nice neighborhood that is quite and peaceful. The owners communicated with us before, during and after our stay and made sure everything was as expected. It was a bonus to be gifted with a guest package. We highly recommend staying at this home.

Hosts were great! Very welcoming and willing to help if needed. Amenities were also really great as well. The house was very inviting and comfortable, and the outdoor area was in perfect condition and so fun!! We loved it!! Would definitely stay there again!

Amazing!! Anything and everything you could want and more. Extremely clean. Relaxing experience. The outdoor living space was fun and makes you feel like you’re at a private tiki resort, and the home decor was so beachy and cute. It’s obvious the care and thoughtfulness that went into this home and the guest experience. This was the perfect long weekend getaway. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and we had the BEST time! So many fun things to do around as well, and the owners made great recommendations and made us feel right at home. 10/10

Stayed 17 nights in December! Communication with hosts was top notch. Asked if my family celebrated Christmas then had the best decorations when we got there..made it very homey and just enough Christmas. Loved the extra touches!Beds where comfy, house was perfect, pool perfect temp. The neighborhood was quiet and pretty! The backyard is really nice! More than enough space. All the extras where fantastic. They literally have everything you would need! I only have 1 thing... the tree in the backyard was blocking my late late afternoon sun!! LOL! So like not a real problem at all!! Everything was lovely! Andrea and Tim were excellent!! Absolutely will rent with them again at any of their properties!! Fully enjoyable stay, the helpful hints binder, points of interest and the what you need to know all easy and laid out perfectly easy to access. Not 1 question went unanswered by the information provided or the host and it was friendly and prompt. I literally knew everything I needed to know! Loved it!! Rent it you won't be disappointed!!!
