SEASIDE VILLA CORAL GARDEN - Great new home with a beautiful Garden

The Seaside Villa Coral Garden impresses especially with its luxurious and modern interior in an excellent location in the southwest of Cape Coral only a few minutes away from Cape Harbour.

The 2022 newly built vacation home is part of a beautiful garden community. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that sleep a total of 6 people.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and a large TV. The guest rooms also have a king-size bed and one of them has a TV. The bathrooms also deserve a special mention. Both the master bathroom and the two guest bathrooms are equipped with large walk-in showers in a luxurious design. The master bathroom also has a large bathtub.

The open-plan kitchen and living area, typical in American homes, invites you to linger. The indoor dining area has seating for 6. The kitchen counter has an additional 4 stools for seating.

The living room is equipped with a large corner sofa and a large TV. So even here you will find enough space to relax and enjoy.

In addition, the villa has another small living area, which can be used for relaxingand working as well. A corresponding desk is available.

The new kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with ice maker, a microwave, and a dishwasher and coffee maker. It is additionally equipped with all utensils needed for cooking.

The outdoor area of the villa is a dining area for 6 people and four loungers also very cozy and thus offers plenty of seating and lounging options to relax by the in-house pool. The pool can be heated electrically on request. On the terrace you will also find a large gas grill.

In addition, a washing machine and dryer are available in the laundry room of the villa. Free wifi is also available. All rooms in the villa have air conditioning.

To keep leaves, grass and insects away, the terrace area incl. pool is protected by a cage (insect net).

Lovely & comfortable

This house is exactly as pictured online, if not better. Spacious, clean and very comfortable. Great location, near restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Bed was super comfortable and management responded quickly if ever needed. Can’t wait to come back next year.
