Villa June Paradise
We just completed a 7 week stay in Villa June and couldn’t have more pleased with the experience. During the past few years we have stayed in approximately 15 houses in the Cape Coral area and this property is by far the best. Shortly after booking our stay, we were contacted by the owner, June. Before and during our stay, she made sure we were happy with the property and that we had everything we needed. At check in we found the house to be spotless and well stocked with all household supplies. The interior of the home is brand new and is as pictured on VRBO. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. The pool area was a great spot for coffee in the mornings and cocktails in the evening. The house is conveniently located to bars, restaurants and shopping. We especially enjoyed the Westin Resort area which is a 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive. Great views of the marina and open water are offered at the bars and restaurants. We were so pleased with Villa June we are already booked for 7 weeks in 2026. We highly recommend this property
