Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while the remaining room is furnished with two twin-sized beds, comfortable for sleeping 4 people. The cozy living room is furnished with sofa and TV. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, and stove. Situated on Lake Louise with Gulf access, guests can enjoy an afternoon of enter boating activities and later watch the sunset from the dock. Spend the day away enjoying nearby attractions such as the Cape Coral entertainment district and Cape Coral Yacht Club. At this time since Hurricane the cage over pool has not been replaced as of know. Sorry for this inconvenience.

Everything youll need in one rental. This place was clean and in very pleasant area. Kids loved fishing and the inground pool! Thanks perry for everything! We enjoyed our stay and will stay again!

Nice location in Cape Coral, the pool was great, close proximity to many beaches, clean and tidy, highly recommend and would stay again without hesitation

Beautiful place, nearby everywhere we wanted to go! Grocery store down the street.Awesome views for July 4th fireworks (I think there were 4 or 5 visible from the pool)

This is our third time staying here. Location is excellent condo has everything needed for a well deserved vacation. Perry and Dawn are great hosts. The view of lake is so relaxing.My last review of stay here did not post the way i wanted it too.That was may 2024 should of said excellent not terrible.This place is best kept secret in cape coral.If looking for a quiet little this place is for you.Will be booking for next year.

Home Away From Home

Very clean, comfortable and accommodating place. Location was close to beaches, dining and shopping. Enjoyed having the pool and outdoor amenities as well. The views were amazing looking over the water. Would definitely stay here again.

Felt like home

When we arrived walking in it felt very inviting. The condo is very nicely decorated and comfy. Has everything you could need. I would definitely stay there again.
