4 large sliding doors open the entire house to the screen enclosed pool, which overlooks your boat moored to your own private waterfront dock. The location is perfect with sail boat access to the Gulf of Mexico. No bridges or locks. Just 20 minutes to the open waters.

Great house for families

Great space, easily enough for our party of 8 plus local guests to stop by. Heated pool is a great plus for the kids, even in the cooler temps. Would definitely stay again.

February getaway

Quite, beautiful, liked the birds especially the Bourrow owls in the front yard and along the street, nice clean and warm pool, a grill that actually worked, enough room inside and outside to enjoy the stay. Also liked that we could throw a fishing rod with bait and occasionally catch a fish!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The house was very clean and the pool was heated and ready to go for us right when we arrived. Kat was there to welcome us and did a great job of acclimating us with the house, she was very helpful. The neighborhood was very nice and we felt safe during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay!

Kat was very helpful with the last minute reservation. All was good in the house. Found downtown Ft Myers to be an awesome place for all kinds of food....try the ice cream store "Best ice cream under the sea" Great experience!

Heaven on earth

Girls trip

The house was exactly as described and more. We all needed a week to relax and unwind and this exceeded our expectations. We could all spread out and have our private space when we needed it and then have space to lounge by the pool, or in the spacious living room . Highly recommend for girls trip or a family. Will be coming back again.

At one point we had 8 family members staying in the house. There was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked for making family dinners. Our grandkids loved the pool and watching the boats go by along the canal. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral and hope to be back again.

Cape Coral stay

I enjoyed the property and location house was nice. Dislikes, beds were very uncomfortable, there was black dog hair all over pool area patio as well as in pool, I am allergic to dogs so this was disappointing. We also had a smoke alarm that beeped 3-4 nights out of our stay which was annoying but tolerable.

A perfect vacation

My family of 7 stayed for 1 week in Villa Florida Feelings and we just loved our stay! The villa is so nice and comfy.The rooms are spacious and fresh and there's lots of space for 7 grownups. The pool is amazing and the view from the sundeck is so beautiful. The owner Dominique is very keen to fulfill her commitments and to make our stay as nice as possible and she answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly to make sure there we're no misunderstandings. We give this house out best recomendations.

Sweet paradise

We had an amazing experience with Marilyn! She’s has been very attentive to our needs. The house is ABSOLUTELY beautiful, with such a nice lanai and screened in pool! We lucked up on this gorgeous property under not very ideal circumstances; my father had a medical emergency when we got down here for vacation and we ended up having to extend our stay by a week and that’s where we came across this property! The appliances, the layout, the neighborhood, the management, the cleanliness…. all amazing! 10/10 recommended!! And it was kid-friendly, also. Plenty of essentials! Pack and play, High chair, eating utensils and cups for baby’s/kids. We had a great experience and would definitely rent again!
