Beautifully remodeled condo on gulf access waterfront property. There is dock space for your boat (whether you rent or bring it with you). There is no parking for a boat trailer on the property, Cape Coral offers businesses that will rent you space for your trailer. Two bedroom, Two bath recently renovated condo. Heated Pool on site and screened in lanai to watch the boat traffic and dolphins play. Walking distance to food, bars, shopping and nightlife. Can sleep up to 8 (sofa beds)

Best holiday ever

Pine Breeze was exactly as described on VRBO. Small but perfect for us. We spent much of our time on the lovely Lanai and beside the pool. Everyone staying there in one of the Condo's or living there full time were hospitable and fun to be around. The unit was very well stocked so when we return next winter we won't have to bring anything except our clothes. So happy to have found this place in Paradise.
