Beautiful hot tub and pool along with a waterfront patio. Close to restaurants, Pine Island and Matlacha! Home is located less than 20 minutes from Punta Gorda Airport with direct flights on Allegiant Airlines! The entire home both interior and exterior have been freshly painted.
