Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean. Grocery stores and restaurants were close by. Any minor thing that came up Taylor was quick to take care of it.

Family spring break

This was our 3rd year in Cape Coral. This house was probably one of the nicest and cleanest ones we have stayed in. Great/safe location, accurate description, clean and great decor.

Thanksgiving Stay

We had a great time! The property is clean and well maintained. All amenities included in the listing were available for our use. Camelot Park is a couple blocks away offering pickleball, kids playground, and a walking trail. Rumrunners is also nearby!

Great Stay!

We had a three month rental and really loved the property. Taylor clearly wanted to make our stay enjoyable and answered all questions quickly. A few minor, normal, house issues arose and they were resolved immediately. Taylor is a renters dream owner/manager. Neighbors are nice too. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet get-a-way.

Lovely home!

We were very pleased with this spacious and pretty home. The rooms were comfortable with lots of natural light. We especially enjoyed having bikes, laundry machines and an outdoor dining area.

Beautiful vacation home and the location is great to get to the Florida beaches.

Loved this beautiful vacation home! It’s very big and open space. We had a wonderful stay and the grocery store was just a couple of minutes away. We went to several beaches ( Sanibel, Captiva, & Marco Island). We had a very enjoyable stay. The property manager was quick to respond if we had questions. Our overall experience was great! I’d definitely come back next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in Taylor's home. Communication with Taylor was exceptional - any question we had was answered extremely quickly. The home's furnishings like towels and bedding, along with furniture were first-class. We felt at home there right from the start and would recommend this home to anyone.

Great Property and Property manager

The house is well kept . The property manager has thought of everything. This is a lovely home for a couple or a family.. Located in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping & restaurants. The owners- were very responsive to questions and we would happily rent this property again. Not enough space to say all the nice thing we would like about our lovely stay at this property.

Christmas Vacation

My husband and I stayed for Christmas vacation. The house is lovely and very welcoming. Nice large great room, perfect for the family. I would recommend staying here. We had a wonderful stay.
