A hold in the amount of $500 will be placed on your credit card prior to check-in to cover any potential damages or incidental charges. This is not a charge but an authorization. The hold will be automatically released within 7 days of the checkout date, provided no damages or additional charges are assessed.

Great time in Florida!

The "Splash of Paradise" was perfect! The house was lovely and clean and comfortable. Many thoughtful things to make your stay great! We went during Spring Break season so we relied heavily on enjoying our time at the pool! Thank you!Dan & Leia Thomas
