Staff helped with questions on confusion of ports, I cannot think of any issues we had n our room, it was updated, however my friends room was a little more dated or it seem its share of abuse mainly to the walls but it was clean! "I stayed here in preparation of going on a cruise with my daughters and friends. My daughters flew in first and the staff allowed them to check in before me as I was going in on a late flight. The hotel was very nice as well as staff. The location is very close to the the port. Very easy to get a ride. Very accommodating staff. "
