Heated Pool- just steps from the beach!

Two properties in one! The main house Hideaway Beach House is nestled in palm trees and sea grapes. The main house has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 full kitchens. The guests house is a studio apartment with king size bed, full kitchen and bathroom. Pelican perch also has a large private deck to look at the lush gardens and hear the ocean roar.
The expansive back porch is a game room with a ping pong table, a Foosball table, bumper pool. air hockey. Comfortable seating around the 50" TV for everyone to enjoy. Between the pool and the unique pergola with swings & a fire pit there will be enough space for everyone to enjoy time outside.

Absolutely loved the property! Plenty of space for our large group! The pool and game room were definitely a hit!Steps from the beach and a short drive to so many great restaurants, shopping and the space center.

Beachy family vacation!

We had a large family stay on the property. It was perfect. With the mother-in-law suite, studio apartment(Pelican Perch), large game room, pool area we had plenty of room to be together comfortably yet space for each family to get away to. The kids LOVED the place. Very close to the beach. We saw two rocket (satillite) launches from the beach. The pool was an excellent plus. Plenty of fresh seafood markets close by. Great house for our vacation.

Very nice place to stay

Overall we were pleased with the property. We liked the game room and the pool/firepit area. We did expect the common areas to be a bit bigger than they were, given the pictures posted. The property was a bit more run down than it looked in the pictures, but everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchens were very well stocked with cooking supplies. Loved being so close to the beach. We were looking for a large number of bedrooms, with a pool, and close to the beach. This property definitely met our criteria.

We had a great stay. We loved the pool and the many games we were able to play. We appreciated all the pool/beach gear available for us to borrow during our stay. We wish the air conditioning could have been better in several of the rooms, considering the amount of money we spent on the home. Although we were fairly close to the beach, we expected to be closer based on the description. All in all, we are pleased with our stay! Thank you!
