This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house has been COMPLETELY renovated and redecorated, and is only a 1 min walk to the beach! Renovations include new bathrooms, kitchen, and all new flooring and furnishings! The house has a fully equiped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, comfortable living area, and TVs in every bedroom!

Only a 1-2 min walk to the beach, and only 45 min-1 hour to Disney World, Seaworld and Universal Studios, the house provides you with everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable stay in a home away from home. With a total of4 queen size beds, this property sleeps 8 comfortably. Here is what the house includes:

• DVDs, board games, and books for your entertainment

Kitchen:
• Brand new stainless steel appliances

Cape Canaveral is the perfect location for Florida family vacations. Located on Florida’s east coast, the beautiful beach is only a few minutes stroll away from your front door. You can lounge on the beach, or take a short walk/bike ride down to the Cocoa Beach Pier. You can also watch a rocket launch, explore the Kennedy Space Center, take a cruise from Port Canaveral, win big on an evening casino cruise, play a round of golf at one of the many courses, or eat a delicious meal and at of the fantastic local restaurants. Even better, to add on to your beach vacation, you can take a short drive (45 min-1 hour) to some of the best attractions in the world, Disney World, Universal Studios, and Seaworld. Cape Canaveral is the perfect location for guests wanting a mix of both beach relaxation and theme park thrills!

Stayed here two night prior to cruise. Great location walking distance to the beach and short drive to the port. Traveled a few days after hurricane Milton came thru and had questions about the conditions in the area. Host communicated quickly and let me know of minor changes to furnishings. The house was absolutely perfect for me and my little family. We loved how close it was to the beach literally walking to the end of the block. My kids enjoyed the backyard and even got to chase a few lizards. I will definitely book this home again the next time we come to the cocoa beach area.

Our getaway pleased us all for different reasons: daughter got to practice surfing, grandfather got to share his aerospace career with granddaughter at KSC, son-in-law got to visit his alma mater FIT for the very first time since his got his MS online and had never seen the campus!

Excellent location, one block from the beach. Grocery store is 5 minutes away. Restaurants 5-10 minutes away Garage had two beach wagons, chairs and other beach gear. TVs in all rooms meant family movie nights. Washer/dryer in garage and dishwasher/full size fridge in kitchen meant convenient way to spend a few days away I highly recommend it and would stay there again.

It was a nice few days away. The yard with shade and constant ocean breeze was a great highlight! Clean and comfy. Great location and the communication with the owner was well. If i had to critique anything it was the refrigerator although very nice was on control lock and we were unable to get ice cubes, and the living room TV connection was too slow to watch anything. No biggie! We had a great time away and would recommend this home away from home!

The property was nice, clean and closes/on the beach with no issues. You do not have to cross the street to get to the beach. Nice outdoor area to relax. I'm an outdoor person but its not good if it rains. No balcony or porch. The only con is that there's no blinds downstairs and a thin curtain for the sliding glass door...All in all, I have nothing negative to say about my stay. The owner was wonderful with quick response.

The interior and proximity to beach are excellent. My only knock/comment would be that the pictures show an entrance/front area that is not reflective of the actual appearance. There is no grass. Just dirt and weeds. The door and front of the unit are covered in the dirt from the yard. Luckily once you’re through the door it is as advertised which was very nice. We had everything we needed for our stay. I would recommend this property and would return to it again without hesitation.
