"This was our eighth visit to Cocoa Beach and this was the best pool we have had so far. The pool was very warm and had several layers of steps for smaller kids to use. The yard was big and nicely landscaped, particularly around the pool. The house had three big beds and the kitchen had everything we needed. Owner provided useful information to using the property prior to our arrival."

"This property is beautiful, spotless, and has gorgeous oceanfront views. The owners were very easy to communicate with, and were prompt to answer any inquiries we had. Royal Mansions is a lovely, gated oceanfront community in Cape Canaveral. This particular unit does have several sets of stairs, but the effort is well worth it! Tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen and panoramic ocean views, this unit is a win-win! We hope to stay again sometime."

"We had a wonderful experience at this hotel, especially when I needed help with the room temperature and printing out cruise documents. We also got a MUCH better deal on the shuttle to the cruise and back to the airport than we were able to find independently. Would absolutely stay here again!!"

"The state was great the property was under reconditioning they were painting our side we had construction equipment out from the inside was beautiful one bedroom vanity very comfortable with the fact that they were reconditioning the outside the stairwells there was furniture out in the stairwells you have just felt it on the balcony because of the bathrooms all scraped down and paint chipped everywhere’s so I’ll take a picture"
