Great location and perfect for families!Nice home in a convenient area , walking distance to A1A, Dunkin’, and other shops. It’s only about 2 miles from the cruise port, which made things super easy. Plenty of space for a large family. We had a great stay!

Stayed here with my party of 10 and everyone was able to sleep comfortably and we had plenty of room! Great location and close to the beach as well, host was very accommodating and quick to respond :)

We had a great stay. There was 6 of us and we had plenty of space! Only issue we had was with the bikes, they could use a little tlc but we made it work!!

This house thought of everything vacationers might forget, coffee, teas, bath/ shower items etc. not to mention the spaciousness of the house. 3 mins away from the beach, my family had a wonderful time staying here. Definitely will be booking this place again next time we are back in cocoa beach :)

Great place for leaving on a cruise

We loved it here. Close to the beach! Huge thank you for sharing your house! We were comfortable and found this place very relaxing while we were waiting to start our Cruise!

Great Home

My family and I loved our stay. It was very comfortable clean and had many things that we could do in our spare time as a family. I definitely recommend this home for anyone who’s looking to have a comfortable stay in the Cocoa Beach area or who’s traveling on a cruise to Port Canaveral because the port was extra extra close.

Peaceful area with space for plenty

We were very impressed with the quality of our stay here. You are minutes from Port Canaveral and within walking distance to the beach. There are some great food options within 5 minutes driving distance and there's plenty of space to park. We enjoyed having a foosball table to play on after a long car ride. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Great Unit - Nice Neighborhood- Close to Port Canaveral!

Group of 6 rented this property before leaving on a cruise. Check in was easy, beds were super comfy, plenty of room, and check out process was simple. Walking distance to a Dunkin Donuts for coffee and breakfast and 10/15 min drive to the port.

Great place to access cruise ship.

House is beautiful and exceptionally clean. The beds are super comfortable. No complaints what so ever. Host was very responsive. Very close to some great restaurants.

Lovely single nite!

Would highly recommend to others. Two couples and one single person fit nicely. Evening walk in the hood was well lit and safe. Drinks and eats within a short walk.

Pre-Cruise Stay

We needed a place for our family to stay for one night before we boarded our cruise the next day. This house worked out perfect!! It was clean, convenient and had a great lay-out for what we needed! Honestly, wouldn’t mind staying here again just for a visit to CoCoa Beach!!
