"One of the most well appointed properties we have ever rented. They pretty much thought of everything. The house and pool are lovely and provided my family with much enjoyment. This is an Evolve property. Whenever we are booking through VRBO we give preference to their listings as they are always top notch. "Perfect little house close to the beach and to shops on the A1A. Wife said we need a place just like that for our escapes. Absolutely turn key, just needed some groceries and we were all set for the week. Cindy (host) communicated all the instructions, etc., early on and followed up just prior to the stay. "We had everything we needed for a nice stay. Kitchen was equipped well, plenty of beach stuff available. It would have been nice to have a bike pump since the bike had 2 flats, but not a big deal! Screened in porch was a great bonus space. Location was far enough from busy streets and close enough for a walk to the beach. Gate to the backyard was stuck shut."

"Had a great stay! The first thing that hit us when we walked in was "Wow! This place is CLEAN!". Yes...I know that's the expectation, but we were impressed. The house is nestled in a neighborhood that is walking distance to the beach. By shear luck, we managed to be in town for three launches from the Kennedy Space Center. "The Coco Sands villa was a great place to spend a couple of nights. It was walkable to the beach. It was clean and had a 50s/retro vibe. Our only complaint were the shades on windows. Because the window shades were vertical blinds with plastic slats and they had gaps, we noticed that people driving on the street could easily see in at night. Other than that a good place to stay!
