From a quiet side street step in to a spacious lounge/kitchen/diner to the stylish living, dining room, with a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Enjoy SKy glass TV and Netflix.

A solid aluminium spiral staircase leads to the first floor with a large light bedroom with a king-size bed and a smaller double bedroom with a 120cm wide bed. Enjoy a sublime sleep in the luxurious Egyptian cotton bedding, on hand spring Vi-Spring mattresses making for an ultimate sleep experience. A remote control will open your blinds.

Adjacent the bedrooms is a perfectly formed Shower room with walk in shower and a large basin with under storage. .

Very close by you can reach the River Stour for a punt, the Parade shopping area and the Kings Mile. The Quirky, character buildings that line central Canterbury streets, the microbreweries, restuarants, coffee shops nearby. Visit the Beaney Tudor Museum, The Marlowe Theatre, Westgate Towers and Gardens all a short pleasant walk through the pedestrianised High Street.

Cute home, fabulous location
The flat is just as pictured. The kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable, and it was spotlessly cleaned. There is some street noise, but that will be the case anywhere in the city center. I only mention it so I can share the tip to bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Communication with Deborah was fast and smooth. The location is perfect—a few minutes walk to anywhere in the city center. Highly recommend.
