While the breakfast selection was excellent, the dining area was too cramped for the number of guests. The pool is large, but unfortunately, the chlorine levels were so high they caused skin irritation for my children. Additionally, the parking is overpriced and misleading; they charge per calendar day rather than a 24-hour cycle. For example, staying from 4 PM to 11 AM cost us $48. Between the old rooms and the hidden costs, I would not recommend this hotel."

Every interaction was polished, calm, and genuinely kind. The entire staff operates at an elite level: poised, attentive, and impeccably professional. That evening, they remembered it was my son’s birthday and surprised him with a cake waiting in our room, an incredibly thoughtful touch that meant so much to our family. Upon arrival, they asked if we needed additional pillows or towels. Later that night, turndown service included slippers placed neatly beside the bed, sheets turned down, and a bottle of water thoughtfully placed on each side. Every detail was anticipated.
