"Very disappointing to arrive on site a 1845 and discover that there was no restaurant facilities and no bar available for a drink. The booking confirmation stated that both were open 11 till late, but it's actually 6pm when the restaurant closes. There is an expensive shop open to buy student type food, but we didnt fancy pot noodle when we were hoping to be dining in the restaurant. Very misleading information. "

"Unforeseen complications at our original property moved us to another nearby property. The management team went out of their way to communicate with us, notify us of the change and ensure we new the necessary details of the new property. The property still accommodated our large family well and was nicely decorated. There were a couple cleaning issues upon arrival but again the property management team worked well with us to remedy. I would recommend them for this reason alone."
