"A wonderful welcome and intro to the Hotel facilities and layout. The room was wonderful, spacious, comfortable bed, well appointed and modern. Bathroom had a great shower and everything was immaculate. The bistro food was high standard fare with great specials and choice. Was a little more expensive than most I use but worth every penny."

"I don’t normally write hotel reviews, but I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the generosity and professionalism of the team. Unfortunately, an unexpected incident occurred shortly after we checked in, and we had to leave the property on the very same day. We informed the duty staff, who handled the situation with empathy and professionalism, promptly documenting the incident and assisting us throughout the process. We subsequently requested a refund, which was approved within a few days. While our stay was unexpectedly cut short, we were genuinely grateful for how fairly and compassionately the hotel handled the situation. Their understanding and excellent customer service made a difficult experience much easier, and for that, we are truly thankful."
