The breakfast in the morning was amazing and the host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Beautifully quiet location with additional engaging activities in the local area.
Breakfasts were great and being able to engage with other guests was lovely.
The host was charming and very helpful.
Lovely little Bed and Breakfast in Warburton.
Perfect place to rest if you’re doing the Rail Trail (as long as you don’t mind the steep driveway!)
The breakfast was delicious! Thanks for having us
Breakfast is by far the best someone could have. Kim is a magician at the kitchen ensuring guests are beyond delighted with such exquisite dishes.
The place is perfectly positioned surrounded by nothing but the absolute beauty and sounds of nature. A perfect place to rest, relax and recharge. Kim is that one of a kind host that exceeds all expectations. We would not be hesitating in coming back.
Awesome service from Kim the owner who gave some great recommendations for things to do in the area. Breakfast was divine.
Surroundings were really nice.
As it is set on a hill, the driveway is very steep otherwise a fantastic B &B.
Buttercup Hill B&B is a pearl and a star. The Dutch Hostess is sweet, forthcoming, fun and friendly...the place is so soooo nice, it is hard to explain. By far my best B&B and to some degree even hotel experience I have had after traveling 40+ Years. Rooms are excellent and homy, the living quarters a joy on the eye and soul, everything is available....and it is such an honest place. Thank you for making such a place!
We had a lovely stay at Buttercup Hill. The room and bathroom were spotless (the Donna Buang room has bathroom that is separate but private (not shared) with bath and separate shower. Lovely areas to sit on the verandah or inside. Plenty of gourmet teas, coffee and cookies available.
The host Kim is delightful and cooked us the most spectacular breakfast - far exceeded expectations.
Buttercup Hill is strolling distance to town and the river (though it’s Buttercup *Hill* so expect that on your way home!)
Highly recommend
Wonderful B&B. Great hosts. Beautiful rooms, common area and kitchen. Lovely garden and porch. Proper B&B, the hosts greet you and chat as well as cook a tasty breakfast. If you are lucky you cab meet the dog. Dozens of birds on the hill. Saw many species just from the porch. Hosts are comunicative and accomodating, if arriving late afternoon-evening I recommend checking in with hosts as roads are dark and B&B is on a hill. Clean, rustic, natural and charming. Will definately stay again.
The host, Kim, is lovely -very friendly, warm, and interesting. Cooked us all a very lovely breakfast. Her garden is a delight. The room was tasteful with just a few little cute quirks which i loved. Windows on two sides which was great too. Very quiet at night. Big bath with discreet grab rail - was very deep so anyone might need the rail. Firm bed, other half has back issues and loved it. Comfy temperature maintained throughout, charming and spacious common areas, indoor and out. Would definately stay again. Good value for money also.
Lovely property in a quiet area that was still close to the main part of town. Kim was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious, will definately be back for a longer stay.
Kim is an exceptional hostess, very chatty, friendly and armed with helpful local knowledge.
The breakfasts are amazing!
The location is nice and quiet but within a comfortable stroll of "downtown" Warburton.
