PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The apartment welcomes you with a spacious living area featuring:

- A large living room with a sofa bed and a smart TV
- A fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher) separated from the living room by a glass partition to maintain the natural light
- This living space opens onto a large 50m² terrace, east-facing for sunny breakfasts. It is equipped with a dining area for 6, sun loungers, and a sea view for your utmost comfort.
- The master suite features a queen-size bed (160cm), a smart TV, a large dressing area, and an en-suite shower room (with integrated WC).
- A second shower room with WC is located at the entrance.
- You'll also enjoy a 75m² garden with a dining table for 8, sun loungers, and private access just 2 minutes to Mouré Rouge beach!

After a few steps down Rue du Cros Vieil, you can:
