Situated in a private residence at 23 Rue Jean Joseph Méro, this third-floor studio (with elevator access) offers a peaceful yet central location in Cannes. Just moments from Rue Meynadier, one of the city’s most vibrant streets, you’ll find authentic Provençal shops, local markets, and artisanal boutiques. A short stroll will take you to Le Suquet, the historic quarter filled with restaurants, charming cafés, and stunning panoramic views over the Cannes bay.

The space is located on the 3rd floor of the building, with a beautiful living room, and a fully equipped kitchenette area with fridge, microwave, hotplates, washing machine and all its small equipment.The place is also pet-friendly so feel free to bring your furry friend with you!

*** Two plush and cozy 90x200cm twin-bed that can be combined to make a large 180x200cm king-size bed for restful nights.
*** The bathoom room has been completely redone in a chic style with WC.

If necessary, the Ferrage car park is located at a 2-min walk from the residence.

The shower door is currently being repaired and will be reinstalled at the end of September.
Currently there is no shower door but you can still shower and we will provide you with enough towels if necessary!

The apartment is very close to the center of Cannes and is very easy to find. Once you are settled in, it will be very easy to walk across the city (i.e. you do not need a car).

The apartment is on the third floor of the building, which you can enter through its secured entrance.
