An okay stay
We booked a junior family suite with a golf course view and got a room with views over the car park. The room was ok, spacious, the bed is very hard and the pillows are uncomfortable. The hotel is not very baby friendly as there are stairs to the room and also up to the pool too. Wifi only works in the restaurant, I didn't have service in the room or by the pool. The restaurant staff is very rude and the standard of service is not what you'd expect when you're spending £200 a night. There's no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The breakfast is charged at 20 euros per head (for fresh bread and ham) The room was 'cleaned' once a day, but cleaning only means tucking the bedsheets in. We had cobwebs and rubbish left behind our door. We used the glasses provided for the minibar, but they didn't get cleaned. Over all we felt like we didn't get the service and the value we expected for our money.

Beautiful area, amazing property. Stuff were super helpful and nice, its a place to relax. Although No kettle in the room, you cant make tea of coffee... My room and bathroom were quite outdated with a shower curtain over a bathtub.....with some hair from previous gusts.

Room definitely not 4 star
We booked a deluxe room with terrace. Was given a room in the old building, very tired and dated, not at all what I was expecting from the pictures on the website, or from the previous reviews. Poor wifi and no mobile phone reception in the room. One restaurant was only open lunchtimes and the other was closed on Sunday and Monday, so did not eat there. Pool was closed even though the weather was hot for the time of year (April). Valbonne, 5 mins drive away, is a very pretty town close by with lots of restaurants. Good view of the golf course from the terrace. Strictly one for golfers.

Nice Hotel in a great location
We arrived at the hotel and received excellent attention. The young lady that received us at reception showed us around the property and then to our room. She arrange help with our bags. The property is in a great location and the rooms were large and the pool area excellent. Its a small drive to a fantastic village called Valbonne with a great market and dinning atmosphere. The location also lends itself as being close to Monaco, Nice. Cannes.
