Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy

Dirty and no response from owner

The apartment was dirty. We sent pictures to the property manager as soon as we checked in who talked to the owner and they never sent someone to clean it. It was a ashamed as the unit is in a very nice location.
