Welcome to this charming one-bedroom apartment in Cannes in the city center, which will be your perfect base to discover Cannes and the region.
The apartment has been recently renovated. It is located on the first and last floor (without elevator) in a small "belle époque" style building. The apartment is quiet and has a lovely view of the garden.
The space has been designed to feel comfortable. It consists of a sleeping area with a double bed (140x190) and a living room area, both opening onto a terrace. The kitchen is suitably equipped to meet your expectations during your stay. The bathroom offers a shower, sink area and toilet. The apartment has Wifi.
The apartment provides quick access to the Suquet district, the old town of Cannes with its typically Mediterranean atmosphere, its café terraces and restaurants in pretty little lively streets, its market (the Forville market). The apartment is a 15-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals, the first beaches of the Croisette or that of the Boulevard du Midi.
You can also organize getaways in the region thanks to the train station which is a 10/15-minute walk away and which will allow you to easily reach Antibes, Nice or Monaco.
## Access
The accommodation is located close to the heart of the city of Cannes which makes it easily accessible.
The apartment is fully equipped. Sheets and towels are provided and you will have access to the entire accommodation.
All the spaces in this apartment are for travelers, we will ask the tenants to take care of the place upon each arrival.
Love has been put in so that you have the best vacation possible so please respect it.

## Neighborhood
The apartment is located in the district The Riou - Petit Juas - Av. de Grasse district is one of the ten districts of the city of Cannes, so named because it is bordered by the boulevard du Riou and the avenue du Petit Juas and crossed from north to south in its center by the avenue de Grasse.
You will be 10/15 minutes walk from the liveliest district of Cannes: "Cannes Banane"
"La banane" is a district of the commune of Cannes located between the Croisette, the Palais des Festivals, the rue d'Antibes, the beaches and the prestigious hotels.
The "banane" is a must-see district of Cannes, the nerve center of the city with all its shops and restaurants. It is also a very sought-after and lively place. Restaurants, bars and shops await you there! Not to mention the beach 100m away and the Croisette just as close. You will be a few meters from the Palais des Festivals and the Old Port of Cannes.
Bakery and supermarket are located a stone's throw from the building.
You will also be 10 minutes from Le Suquet, the old town of Cannes. Le Suquet is a must-see district of Cannes, with its narrow streets, its colorful facades, the old castle of Cannes and the church of Notre-Dame-de-l'Espérance. It is also a very sought-after and lively place. Restaurants, bars and shops await you there! Not to mention the beach 200m away and the Croisette 15 minutes away. You will be a few meters from the Palais des Festivals and the Old Port of Cannes.

Formerly a fishing village, Le Suquet is the typical historic district of Cannes, overlooking the city.
From Rue Meynadier to the colorful stalls of the Forville market, your taste buds will be conquered between confectioneries, canneries, delicatessens and fresh and local products, including the tasting of socca.
The climb to the top of Le Suquet, where the medieval castle of Lérins stands, passing through the cobbled streets with picturesque facades steeped in history, amazes young and old alike with the beauty of the flowery and colorful landscape.
Whether you are on a business trip with the Palais des Festivals as a point of interest or on vacation to enjoy Cannes and its beaches, you can choose between the beaches of La Croisette and the beaches of the Midi. Rue d'Antibes is also a famous place for walking and shopping. Coffee/restaurant break, we recommend sitting in a café on Rue Hoche and Cannes Banane. In the evening, the atmosphere reigning in the old town of Le Suquet will seduce you.
## Transit
In this area, all your travels can be done on foot. The apartment does not have a parking space. Parking is on the street or in one of the city's car parks.
The famous Croisette and its beaches are a 15-minute walk away. Rue d'Antibes and its many shops for shopping are less than a 5/10-minute walk away. And the SNCF train station is also a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
## Notes
The apartment is of good standing, of course we will ask you to respect the neighborhood.
The accommodation must be returned in a suitable state of use and cleanliness. Travelers must respect the premises, the neighborhood, as well as the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene during their stay.
All or part of the deposit may be retained in the event of non-compliance with these basic instructions.
Smoking is not allowed inside.
