We loved the location, the food in the pub, the staff and the size and cleanliness of our room. The area around the property is currently under construction so it doesn't look great. The bed was very comfortable but the room could use some fresh wallpaper and paint. It is looking a little run down. The wallpaper had holes in it and there were some mystery stains on the wall by the bed.

There was so much construction and it was hard to park. We came in late and had about 15 minutes to order food before the chef shut down. We got cold tomato soup and asked for it to be warmed up, we had driven almost 4 hours, were tired and hungry. We didn't even bother to eat it and were still charged the full amount. Cold soup is unacceptable. And the bed was hard, the room was okay but the bed. And for repeat customers, a breakfast voucher is given, we only got one day and then we ordered the morning we were leaving. My french toast wasn't cooked and the coffee was warm, we sat down first and yet the table beside was served first with coffee and water. Not sure where our waitress was atm but it made for poor service. We choose this place and have stayed there 4x. So this time service and food wasn't the greatest.

Love the rooms, felt so at home. Would definitely stay again. Enjoyed breakfast in the pub and the weekend benny menu! Close to downtown and able to easily walk.

We really appreciated the atmosphere of the Georgetown Inn. All the antiques in the room were a real treat. The bed was comfy, and the service was great. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. We will be back!

Cozy & comfortable! Beautiful updated room. I loved the tea & cookies tray with a thoughtful welcome card. Electric fireplace added to the unique ambiance. Staff are so kind and welcoming. I highly recommend the chicken pot pie if you eat at the pub. Cant wait to visit again for another weekend away.

So much charm. We always stay at Georgetown Inn when in Canmore. It’s that quaint England style hotel & pub. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Great location to walk to attractions around Canmore.
