Mystic Springs was exactly what we needed for our time in Canmore/Banff. Check in and out were seamless. Franco was immediately responsive to my questions. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Hot tub was a bonus. I have already recommended it to two other families I know are coming later this fall.

The listing was accurate. The condo was clean and quiet. It was a great getaway. We enjoyed walking downtown to visit local stores. The hosts communicated well prior to the stay, so we felt prepared where to find the condo, park, and access to the unit.

Great Weekend!
We had a great time in Canmore. Franco was very responsive and is the best host we’ve ever had! The free bottle of wine and Banff park pass was a nice added touch! The kids enjoyed the outdoor heated pool and hot tub! Definitely will be coming back!

We always enjoy our stays at Mystic Springs Chalets! Our host this stay was Franco & he was great, as was his condo! Everything we needed was supplied. We loved being just a few steps away from the hot tub & we made good use of it in the -20 weather! We always meet interesting people to visit with in the hot tub!! We also really appreciated the bottle of wine & the use of the park pass! We were very appreciative that Franco was able to accommodate our request for a date change in our reservation, due to extreme weather (-41). We totally enjoyed our stay in Franco's condo & we will book with him again!

Great Condo!
It was a lovely condo and easy to find and located in a good spot to all amenities. The only downside is the parking is tight and lots of other condos park more than one vehicle when your only allowed one spot so coming back from Banff after skiing and dinner later leaves you with no parking and have to park minimum 3 blocks away. I would definitely stay again but parking could be better sorted out.
