Breathtaking Views!

I had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was perfect - to say the least. The condo was clean, had amazing views and it was close to many restaurants as well as a grocery store. The condo was well equipped with everything we could have needed including pots and pans. The communication with the owner and check-in process was easy to follow. I would highly recommend this property. It is a bit loud outside until late at night, since the condo is located at the heart of the party zone. However, it was not unbearable. Also, the main entrance and lobby of the building are dated- it is better to know this up front so you do not have high expectations in this realm. All in all- the phenomenal views and the condo itself is so amazing that I would highly highly recommend it!

Heaven on Earth - Stunning Oceanview!

The owner is AMAZING - great communication and always quick to respond. The owner even put together a guidebook for the condo and local area which is a tremendous help finding things like grocery store, restaurants, WiFi instructions, etc. The pics don’t do this gorgeous condo justice, even more stunning in person. The sunrise and sunset can be seen from every angle and was the highlight of each day of our stay. This condo is modern, super clean, filled with amenities & comforts of home that are a rare find here. If you are looking for a spectacular oceanfront view with all the comforts of home, I highly recommend staying here! We definitely enjoyed our stay and sad to be leaving today.

The Penthouse 4AB is highly recommended. Adam at the front desk was awesome. I have been coming to Cancun since 1988. This by far was the best view and accimadations.

Perfect location in beautiful ocean front condo

We loved our family stay in Cancun. Location and condo were perfect for our family. We were within walking distance to all the fun, shopping and restaurants. The view from condo is hard to describe. The pictures don’t do it justice. Just beautiful. We were able to spot manta rays in the water and see birds diving for fish. Hope to be back soon!

Very good Spot to explore cancun's best happening stuff

We are very glad of choosing this spot for our stay, we were group of 5 and stayed for 3 nights. The owner is very nice(speak/chat english), he shared a very valuable notes which was helped us alot because we are visiting cancun for first time. He mentioned best and cheap food, what to explore and all before 10 days to check in. You don't a need taxi to go for popular clubs, spa, massage, pubs, night clubs like "The City", "La Quinta", "Poco Bongo", street food and shopping area(Right infront of the condos). The location is a very big plus. This pent house is a corner unit and has very nice views as mentioned in the pics. Most of the time we were out, so we didn't care about amenities in the condo. Reception people are nice, they speak english too. They have a free wifi and high speed wifi(just for $5/day). They give beach towels too at a free of cost. They have a music and food right next to pool, so its a like pool party. This condos are value for money. We drunk alot at clubs and outside and we came to our unit with out having a taxi because it is very close, so we don't forget the route. Pros: Best location. Best Views, Best Views Cheap rentals. English speaking receptionists. Close to all pubs, clubs, spa, massage, night clubs, shopping. Not too far from Airport. Full Privacy, no one disturb you in your stay. Maintenance people are damn nice, we tipped alot for cleaning the unit very patiently. Value for money. Free Wifi. Whatever owner posted in the description is true as is. Cons: Little Old Condos Final Note: If you come for cancun ONLY for exploring the happening places this condos are perfect.
