"Saw the online reviews stating old and outdated. But did not find this to be true. Rooms were spacious and good water pressure in showers. Across from plains od abraham and really not that far to walk (or uber) to Old Quebec. Can take scenic walkway along river. Staff was nice and helpful. Ceil, the restaurant on top of this hotel, rotates 360 degrees for views of the city and Old Town. I would stay here again."

"The parking is not ideal since it does not belong to the hotel. There is no guarantee there will be parking space when you arrive. You may have to go park elsewhere. We did not encounter the problem but I was told it may be the case."

"My daughter loved this property. It had been updated quite well over the years considering its age. The only slight issue was the wait for the elevator occasionally. "

"Staff was great. Hotel clean! Rooms are extremely small. I didn’t expect them to be THAT small- it’s basically the width of the bed as all three sides of the bed are touching the walls. Otherwise all good!"
