"This is my second time staying at the same hotel. Sure, the hotel needs some touches, but I do not live there, so it worked out perfect for me. I loved a view from my room to the ocean and the Mayan Angel monument and the swimming pool which I usually had all for myself. Hotel is almost in front of the city wall, so it is easy to reach the main touristy spots. It is centrally located but is very quiet.

"There where bugs everywhere and a lot of ants, even on the bed and the toilet there were ants. It also stank at my room and the ac was leaking. 1/5 stars"
"Great place to stay . Close to everything. Housekeeping staff was wonderful . I was confirmed a room on the 1st floor due to difficulty climbing steps . Upon check in I was told it wasn’t available . It’s ok just be up honest and don’t confirm what you can’t deliver .

We have always been impressed with the hotel (cleanliness and service), but this year I would say was the best service we've experienced so far. All the employees are on the lookout for anything that may need fixing and promptly attend to it (for example, a loose panel on the ceiling). The room service menu was limited, but the restaurant dining was outstanding in terms of quality and service."
"The location is great, just between the Malećon and Puerta de Mar. It's not noisy at all but very walkable to the malećon and centro. The room is clean and spacious and you can store your luggage for free before your check-in time. "
