I liked that we had connecting rooms. Checkin was easy and quick. We got there early and they let us check in at noon. It is not in the center of Campeche, but there are restaurants and other things around. Would be nice if there were a beach

Tuvimos que reclamar sobre la habitación y por las toallas viejas. La segunda habitación estuvo en buenas condiciones. Están remodelando el lobby y el comedor del hotel, su página no lo dice y sí es incómodo. Muy bien la cama y la ropa de cama.

The AC thermostat of the room did not work properly. The connecting door between rooms has no soundproofing and you can hear everything in the neighbor room. Not enough electrical outlets. Elevators need renovation. The rooms need renovation.
