"I would never stay here again. The place was filthy and falling apart. Drywall falling apart, door falling off the hinges, carpet torn and fraying, floor was not washed and bedsheets were dirty. We asked for another room but the 2nd room was just as bad and on the 3rd floor with burnt out lightbulbs and filthy hallway. I took lots of videos but not photos so can not post them on this form. I was blown away by the condition of the place. Would never stay here again!!"

Whether we were sharing quiet dinners at CARVE meatery, or laughing over nothing in particular, the resort created a space where time slowed down and everything else faded away. If you’re looking for a place to reconnect, celebrate love, or simply escape the noise of everyday life with someone who matters deeply to you, this is it. We left with full hearts, incredible memories, and already talking about when we can come back."

"It was fully equipped to be self-contained, which is good because there's nothing else close-by for meals. The "chalets" were unique and fun to try for a couple nights. We booked it as a way to see the more rustic northern part of Vancouver Island. Staff was really nice."
