"This is a beautifully restored old mansion in a great neighborhood. There are numerous restaurants and entertainment venues within two blocks. There is no on site staff but everything we needed was readily available including a small complementary minibar. Room was comfortable and spotless."

"Easy check in, house was in a good neighborhood and centrally located.My family and I really enjoyed the house- great space with room to spread out. Great outdoor space also! Next time we stay we will take advantage of the grill and waterfront! "

"The house was perfect. Tastfully decorated. Well stocked for cooking. The neighborhood was lovely, quiet, and safe. The beds were comfortable. The living area was perfect for relaxing. The house was close to everything; movies, mall, grocery store, restaurants, and coffee shops. The back yard was very nice for relaxing and fun for the kids to play in. Our host was quick to reply to messages, very friendly, and accomodating. I couldn't have been happier with my stay there. "
"We loved our stay at the cozy cottage. It has a big fenced in backyard & all of the comforts of home. It was so comfortable & very convenient. It’s a great spot for small families!! "House was poor overall. Check in was very late, apparently due to poor conditions from previous stay. Wasn’t clean when we did get in, floors hadn’t been vacuumed. Poor value overall as the price is very high relative to the quality. We stayed in a much nicer house in Bella vista later in the trip for less cost. "
