"We stayed here 5 years ago so knew what to expect. Nothing much has changed (it could easily use some updating… newer cookware for on). But with the location and neighbors it is great and we will probably return. Highly recommend it."

"My wife and I spent a month at Cedar’s Beach House. We arrived late in the evening and were let into the house by her friend Mike. The back patio/deck of the house is less than 20’ from the surf. We spent a lot of our time there and ate many of our meals on that patio. Cedar was on the property only a few nights of our stay. The small apartment she has on her property in an adjoining building was usually occupied but we weren’t disturbed by them or vice versa. The beach wasn’t private but more often than not it was nearly deserted as beach access was limited to just a handful of neighbors. All in all a wonderful stay and we plan on returning for another stay. "

"Location was fantastic backing onto the beach on the north shore. It was a levely quiet location. The accomodation was fairly basic and we stayed during very inclement weather and there was a minir leak in the roof above one of the windows. Air conditioning worked well but was a bit noisy. Loved the location would definitely come again. "

"The yurt was a lot of fun to stay in for our family of 11. It was conveniently located with lots of parking. The linens and towels were greats were the beds The shower worked fine and you had to go outside to get to a fully functional bathroom but that wasn’t a problem at all. We had rain but no leaks. Overall. I would certainly stay again. We were worried with all of the warnings but communication was great and we found it a great spot from which to explore the North Shore and the rest of Oahu. "

"We loved our stay at Cedars. Beautiful property with ocean views out front, gorgeous mountains from the kitchen & bathroom. Access to Garage with washer & dryer, beach towels, coolers, beach chairs etc all very convenient. Designated parking spot. AC for comfortable sleep. We hated to leave! "
