"I had a wonderful experience at Swissôtel The Bosphorus Istanbul, and I especially want to thank Bellman Cem for his outstanding service. From the very first day, he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. When I wasn’t happy with my initial room, the hotel kindly arranged a change, and Cem went above and beyond to assist me with the entire process. He made the transition so smooth and stress-free, helping me with my luggage and making sure everything was perfect. His positive attitude, professionalism, and warm personality truly made a difference in my stay. It’s people like him who turn a good hotel experience into an exceptional one. "The gym was not well equipped even what little equipment they had like exercise bike was broken The steam room and sauna was meant to close at 10pm but they would turn it off @8pm when I complained they said made up things like some time you don’t get steam then the next day it was under maintenance and the next day it was for heath Safty reason then when complained the main reception desk they said they should do that we will back to you but never did I was told why don’t come earlier I said I would come earlier if said close at 8pm I can work to that but you say close at 10pm but close when ever like frankly I found the staff to very rude Over a six weeks period I stay there nearly three weeks on and off "

"breakfast menu is with fresh produce with cultural dishes. Plenty of options in a very pretty area. Air conditioning works perfect, no sound. Rooms are clean, bathrooms smells fresh and it is so worth to get a room with a view!! "

"The property was clean and well in the center. I had a good time at the hotel and the staff were very helpful. Enes at the reception was exceptionally good and we also kept our luggage there while we explored the area. However upon check in, we made a request to upgrade and we were not given the upgrade that we wanted. However the hotel itself is really nice and in the centre. "

"All staff was very helpful as we have very little understanding of Turkish language. They all were very kind….a common trait of the Turkish people. Especially, Elif in the restaurant. Very very helpful! Thoroughly enjoyed the garden room with access to outside courtyard which is strategically placed below grade…..blocking the wind and much of the noise from the city above."

"The property itself was beautiful. The views were amazing. The decor was so elegant. My couple pieces of feedback - the room we stayed in was above the front entrance. Although it was non smoking room, the smell of cigarettes from the front entrance wafted upstairs to our room. The morning was difficult to sleep in as we heard a lot of doors slamming. The wait staff was amazing, however it seemed the hotel was very confident in its business so they don’t really make you feel like you are any special … I almost felt like an inconvience asking them for anything (as an Expedia gold member we are told we can get room upgrades if available, I understand they are fully booked, but seeing that I paid full price, and continued to give them lots of social media attention they didn’t seem to really do anything to show appreciation. You’re just another guest there, in and out Go for the views, and hopefully you get some of the kind servers."
