The staff are incredibly welcoming, the breakfast is fabulous, and the room service is excellent, with especially delicious manti. The rooms are beautifully equipped with top-notch Sanctuary amenities, and the bathrooms feature Atelier Rebul products. The Anadolu side of Istanbul truly needed a hotel like this, and I will happily be returning."

"Our stay at Çırağan Palace Kempinski was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional hospitality throughout. The butler service was incredibly thoughtful — they even offered to bring items up or down for us when we couldn’t make it in time. Turn-down service was consistently well done, and the minibar was replenished promptly every day. One gesture that really stood out was how the housekeeping team placed a prayer mat in our room after noticing we were using face towels for prayers. It was such a considerate and respectful touch that made us feel genuinely cared for. Even though we didn’t book a suite, the level of service we received never felt any less special. Combined with the palace’s stunning architecture and beautiful surroundings, the experience was simply wonderful. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again for another memorable visit."
