"We enjoyed a fabulous one night stay at Haveners. Room 2 was luxurious with a large comfy bed, beautifully decorated and a wonderful bathroom with rain head shower. It was just perfect with views of the quayside and water. Lovely to sit and watch the little Polruan ferry coming and going. The staff were amazing, it felt like a much loved family run business rather than a corporate concern. All staff were polite, friendly and helpful and always on hand. "Stayed in Apartment 7. Apartment was very clean and in excellent condition, with a great view of the beach. Kitchen had basics sufficient for short stay. Location walking distance to beach. Food in restaurant also very good. Service slow. "
