"Wasn’t expecting much but for one night it was perfect and all we needed. The staff were lovely and so helpful. Even let us order a Deliveroo to reception in the early hours of the morning! The room was basic but all we needed. Hotel was very clean and room too. Three single beds in one room was exactly what we needed. The water was hot which was great! The doors, decor and carpet were dated but a very clean and tidy hotel. Shop in the hotel ridiculously expensive!! Only let down was the sink in...

"Easy check in at noon as i came straight from redeye arrival at heathrow. Walked from the Tube stop. Good indian restaurant bar on premises. Only letdown was that i couldnt watch north american sports in the bar. No reception and too much time change. Double bed was fine. Washroom was small but it worked ok"

"This was a perfect hotel for our several nights in London. The 1-bedroom unit was roomy & well furnished. The service from reception staff was excellent. They also serviced the food & beverage area & were excellent concierges for arranging cabs, giving directions & instructing on tube & train operations. The location is also great-restaurants & essential stores right next door. "
