"We stayed in a twin room, it was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious an a very good selection, full cooked, continental and pastries,fruit etc. Staff where good. Only problem 1 morning my son got a glass of juice, we noticed the drink had leaked all over the table the glass had a big crack an was broken. He was lucky he did not cut his mouth. Showed the staff discreetly, an instead of apologising the asked had we dropped the glass, to which i replied no. No appology or check that my son had not cut his mouth, other than this our stay was good. I would recommend this hotel, an breakfast is very good."

"The area was fine, a short walk to the Russell Square Tube station. Room itself was okay, you got what was advertised, but the windows and the room itself not being the more insulated (you could hear out the windows and other doors banging and closing) made the mornings pretty loud"

"Staff were very kind and welcoming. The room was as advertised and shared bathrooms were clean. The main selling feature was the location, which is very convenient for transportation and walking options. "

"The facility itself was great except that our room smelled like sewage gas from the bath tub and sink. Also, our taxi driver dropped us off at the wrong location. There are two Radisson Hotels on Tottenham Court Road, so we had to pay a taxi twice to get to the right place. The guy who works there said about 20 people per day go to the wrong locality. That’s inexcusable! They should deferentiate the two localities! The English breakfast was outstanding; the staff all went out of their way to accommodate us. The bathtub/shower was extremely dangerous. The tub’s slant made it difficult to stand in the tub to take a shower without losing one’s balance, and the sides of the tub were so high as to be difficult to climb out of without falling. "

"check in great i had a bad check in experience. bout 18 months ago when a jobs worth on reception said i needed photo ID??????? I pointed out I was a british subject & resident to no avail. I complained to radisson who said i would get a discount on my next stay. I never saw a discount and don’t care The positives Check in this time was great the check in Guy was very welcoming I think he’s name was mathew. I requested if he had a room at bank if hotel as it was less noisy he kindly obliged. through no fault of his own the room had little to no Wi fi the hotel offered to change rooms but I couldn’t be bothered to pack up my case to much fuss. Perhaps in future rooms with dud wifi should flag up on check in staffs screens to avoid. New dec rooms very nice comfortable although the hanging lighting the middle of the bed was very odd could be a hazard with people hitting there head on it. Otherwise nice looking room. "
