"Very unique, boutique hotel lobby. Staff on entry were very kind and helpful. Area is in a quiet part of London, but within walking distance to all tourists areas."

"Hotel is renovating for the next 3, so at least one lift (sometimes 2) was always out if service which created huge lines in the lobby and in our floor. The room we stayed in was already redone - very nice, very clean"
