Summary:
This beautiful waterfront flat has two comfortable double bedrooms and is situated in the heart of the medieval historic center. The apartment is located close to Jesus Green, Midsummer Common, The Backs, several Colleges and University Departments and many other amenities and facilities.

The Space:
Two lovely, comfortable, double bedrooms, each with fitted wardrobes and full-height windows showing off the stunning river views. The open-plan sitting/dining room is extremely spacious with large windows overlooking the river. There is a private balcony / terrace with outside seats and a table, again with incredible river views. The kitchen has a range of fitted units with an oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher.

There is an entrance hall with a utility cupboard and storage cupboard. There are two bathrooms, one family bathroom and one en-suite.

Guest Access:
Guests have full and exclusive use of the whole apartment and will not be disturbed during their stay.

Other Things to Note:
Please - no parties or events of any kind. This is a quiet, peaceful block of flats with elderly neighbours and guests should be extremely mindful of noise and nieghbours.
