"I booked King Suite with Ocean View. When we checked in I was informed that all of the upstairs Suites were occupied and I would be given a downstairs suite. The downstairs suite has a view of the road and cars. You can technically see the ocean, but only above the cars..no direct view. It's my opinion that they should not charge the same rate for the upstairs and the downstairs. We were very disappointed in our view of cars. We also had issues with the bed and bathroom. Bed is very old, soft and sags. Bathroom could use a remodel. Shower curtains had moldy smell. The hotel staff are great and the property is lovely. Also, there really is not a continental breakfast..just small amount of breads and coffee."

"The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast staff was a kind lady. We booked a room with partial ocean view but not sure if we could actually see the ocean. The property is very close to the beach though and surrounding area is quiet and safe. I like how they have bonfire, swimming pool, and jacuzzi in the common area. "

"We had a beautiful room with an ocean view and small patio. Our room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay, but we did have a few issues. Astro turf lawn in front of patio was the bathroom for all the dogs staying at hotel so lots of urine, but dog owners were great about picking up dog poop. Hotel wifi did not work in our room. We only got one bar,so we never could connect our devices. We asked two front staff for help and they promised to talk with maintenance, but neither staff followed up with us. The front office staff left and closed the office at 7:00 each day. Staff stayed in the back office during the day and were not available when guests went to the lobby. Our room didn’t have hot water for shower our first and last day. "

"We paid for a room with a fireplace but it's for a duralog only. We didn't want the chemicals so we never used it. Money down the drain. We were hoping for a gas fireplace or real wood fireplace. Other than that the place was great"

"We had a partial view, but could definitely see the water. We did not have a hot tub in our room. Everything was very clean. Staff was friendly."
