"A wonderful stay in an historic hotel. The up and down steps (which cannot be avoided) with bags etc the only downside, but must add help with bags was offered! Our room with a bay window overlooking the harbour was lovely. Very comfortable bed, great bathroom and shower. "

"We had a lovely stay here for 4 nights. The room was spacious, clean and well presented. The room overlooked the garden and the views were stunning. The bed was really comfy too. The food was wonderful and the staff were very friendly and chatty. We found it very easy to travel around as it is near to the major roads. We will definitely stay again."

"My daughters and I stayed in early Aug. The hotel is very nice, the rooms are comfortable and the indoor pool is lovely. You’re opposite Fistral Beach, the surf hire shop next door is ideal. Parking is not great, make sure you pre-book or you’re in trouble! The food at Breakfast is Ok but nothing special. The staff were excellent, very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We’d definitely go back, but only if the parking was pre-booked. "

"We enjoyed our short stay as we left early for the cruise to the Scilly Ils,every thing was fine,the cabin was great,the only problem was the TV which seem to not work on some cannels.but over all well done,would stay again if we are in the area"
