"The staff was SUPER nice We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with a sofa bed and the mattress was AWFUL! I called the front desk to ask for blankets n pillows to make it more comfortable and my grandkids had to sleep with us bcuz they couldn’t get a good nights rest. "

"Staff (front desk) check in was disappointing. I was the only one checking in , and it seems like the lady wasn’t interested in doing her job so that’s pretty much a negative start. The hallway was dark and eerie and the carpets are dirty and disgusting. The Room was mehhh bed was comfy but the pillow cases it seems like it wasn’t changed. Finally the check out, we check out 5:30am I said “hello” a tall lady ( man) said, what do you need. Really!!! That is rude. And I said I’m checking out I have the room keys and she said ok, and I said no! There’s a reason I’m here I need my receipt. Without any word she just hand the paper didn’t even said “ thank you or anything “ so damn disappointed it should be negative star if I could them. Nevertheless first and last one that I’m staying on that damp."

"Loved the place, especially with it being in the middle of Old Town, near several places to visit by walking. The place was very nice and clean, for some reason it felt more like a room from a home more so than a hotel room, a welcoming or "warmer" type of comfortable. My only complain would be that the temperature on the shower was slow to adapt. At first I thought there was no hot water, and then it was too hot and I couldn't get it to cool down."

"The cottage was just perfect for 2 grandparents visiting family. I asked for the shower curtain to be replaced, and the host was very responsive. I would suggest that basics like hand soap, kleenex and dish soap be checked between rentals. We needed to purchase some of these things. Again, the host offered to reimburse us. Will return!"

"The apartment was clean and spacious, perfect for our party of three. Our host, Dritan, was very friendly and helpful. He even brought over Greek coffee for us to try! The neighborhood is very safe and was perfect for our daily walks."
