"Perfect boutique hotel for our two night stay in Arles. Easily walkable from train station and to our river cruise. Located inside the old walls of the city makes it very convenient for sightseeing and dining. Highly recommend!"

"The bed was not comfortable, it felt like a futon. The room was very clean and otherwise comfortable. Nice shower. Checkin time was posted at 2:00 but our room was not ready until 2:30. No explanation was given for the delay. The desk representative asked me if I paid for breakfast (I did) but it took her a long time to verify that. At about 3:00AM we were woken by a fire alarm! It took a minute or two to hear because of was wearing earplugs (had to keep the window open because it was warm and air conditioning was not available in May). We quickly dressed and joined throngs of people in the stairs. The alarm continued. No one at the desk. No emergency services people. Nothing. After about 15 minutes the alarm stopped. No announcement, no explanation and after another few minutes people started going back to their rooms. It was frightening and aggravating to have no information at all. There were a lot of families with young children. I hate to think what might have happened if this was a real emergency."

"The hotel / room / bedding and property were clean. The staff were cheerful, polite and helpful. There was a bit of noise due to a group of chaperoned teenagers staying on the same floor... Loud talking / laughing / running in the hallway, door slamming, etc. The pool was open, and i was told that the restaurant was closed for meals other than breakfast."

"The room was very clean and sufficient for a two-night stay. The location in relation to city center could be better but it is very accessible by buses and brief walk. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Thank you. Martink"

"We were pleasantly surprised to find we could do laundry for free there!! Instructions were clear. Bed comfortable. Cooking ability basic. Wi-Fi bumped us out a few times. Lovely bath. Plenty of light. Big apartment. Recommend getting a courtyard room if you want absolute quiet. Otherwise, we looked out over the street. Lots of light through big windows. Great location in old town close to river and food stores. "

"We weren’t aware of the elevator tube when we first arrived. The front desk is not staffed and you get in by receiving a key code to your phone. Once we got that organized, it was fine. We were on the third floor and my travelling companion was wonderful about lugging stuff up three long curvy flights of stairs. Once she reached the top, she realized there was an elevator tube that we could use. It was for one person only and it was a tight squeeze with luggage. It felt like you were in a vacuum canister. But it did the trick and certainly helped from having to lug suitcases up all those flights. It would’ve been helpful to know that that was available ahead of time. The staff who were there for breakfast were terrific and the breakfast was delicious. They were able to provide us with some useful information for our stay in this pretty little town."
