The bedroom (we booked a triple bedroom) is very comfortable and spacious, the bathroom is clean. The receptionists were very nice, they explained everything clearly. We particularly appreciated that there's a parking, so that we didn't have to worry about our car

A very nice property with parking included! I can't say anything bad about it. The petit dejeuner was good as well. The staff was helpful. I would definitely come back. A very good value for the price.

This was a fantastic location for Arles and easy walking to the town. Great parking too. Our room was good. We didn’t use the pool as we didn’t have time but it looked lovely. Breakfast was a bit chaotic but we were able to get what we needed. I’d recommend based on price and location.

This was a basic hotel. It was clean but there was no dining, no option for inclusive breakfast. The bar wasn’t always open and you had to find someone to get you a drink. The pool is not as big as it looks in the photographs and was under cover. It’s a good 3 star property. The four stars it claims seem a bit of stretch given the facilities at the hotel.

The room was nice. The first person that greeted us should not be at the front desk: very unfriendly, rude; not a good representative of the property. The second person that greeted us in mid afternoon was very pleasant and accommodating. The hotel is close enough to walj into town. We did not partake of bfast as we thought it expensive.

Personnel tres accueillant, grand parking, la suite convient tres bien pour une famille Belle piscine , bon espace avec le billard et le baby foot Les chambres mériterait un rafraîchissement, toutes les boiseries sont écaillées Il manque également un restaurant dans l'hôtel, ainsi qu'un peu plus de personnel l'après-midi pour tenir le bar proche de la piscine

Camera con problemi ai sanitari mal funzionanti. La soluzione proposta è stata l'uso del bagno della reception anziché quello della camera. Solo dopo reiterate lamentele l'albergo che era full booked ha miracolosamente trovato una camera disponibile per il cambio stanza. Inconcepibile in un 4 stelle
